  The first time we used A&D the service was fast & convenient. The second time, we were having a different golf cart serviced. They kept our golf cart for over a month and never notified us of its status and that they were taking it to a different shop. We had to call to find out what was going on with it. The last time we called, we were given no update and were told the "manager" will have to call us back. Absolutely horrible customer service and no results. We are now demanding our golf cart back to have it serviced at a better and more responsive company.
