  I have not had a lot of experience with realtors but I can state 100% that you should stay away from this realtor, especially their agent Shari Gillette. At first Shari seemed to be client friendly, then when the buyers of my property were offset on their closing date, Shari insisted that we vacate the premises prior to the 3 days we con factually had. Every day she kept insisti number that the buyers be able to drop off some of their belongings. Shari would text my wife until 11PM asking for the keys to our house early. She seemed so insistent that she could get the buyers in early and us out earlier than contractually stated that she went as far as to threaten my wife with the Marshalls office. To top it off, Shari wanted people she knew who were supposed to be experienced to pack our moving truck since I was away at a senior leaders military course. I agreed in lieu of companies and was assured that these I individuals were careful professional. Instead of professionals I ended up with individuals who damaged almost every piece of property I had. All wood was gouged, a TV had a cracked screen, light fixtures broken, and almost none of this was wrapped or protected; which they assured me would be done when I spoke to them over the phone. I have at least $20,000 in damages. In short Shari Gillette seems nice at first but when she gets the chance she suddenly represents the buyers of the home and not the sellers which legally she has a fiduciary duty to serve. IT SEEMS THAT ONCE SHE AND HER COMPANY MADE $12,000.00 ON MY PROPERTY THEY NO LONGER REPRESENTED US as they were contractually responsible to do. In short my assumption is that when they kknow you are moving out of state you are probably not going to use them again, but i nstead if they represent the buyers who paid them nothing there is always the chance they will have a future sale. I have coontacted the owner of Osborne realty and sent him pictures stating that he as the owner is responsible for the actio ns of hisbstaff and that he needs to make reperatuons and he has ignored my texts. IN SHORT DO NOT USE OSBORNE REALTOR OR SHARI GILLETTE REGARDLESS OF HOW NICE THEY MAY FIRST APPEAR. COMPLAINTS TO THE BBB AND CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE TO FOLLOW AS WELL AS LEGAL ACTION.
